Services

ProTouch PowerWash provides pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and our standard scheduling process.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described during the estimate process. We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to complete all scheduled work on the agreed date and time. Weather events, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial and recurring service contracts, net-30 payment terms may be available upon approval.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining that was disclosed before the job, or surfaces that cannot be fully restored through pressure washing.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling services, you authorize our crew to access the areas of your property that require cleaning. You are responsible for removing or securing personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from work areas before our arrival. ProTouch PowerWash is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

Liability

ProTouch PowerWash carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions not visible during our initial assessment. We take every precaution to protect your property but cannot guarantee against all risks.

Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
